About The SHE Show North West

Established in 2009, The SHE Show North West was the first event in what has since become one of the UK’s leading annual conference series dedicated to Safety, Health, Environment and culture change. Following its success, The SHE Show expanded nationally with the launch of The SHE Show North East and The SHE Show South in 2012, creating a platform that brings together industry leaders, innovators and forward-thinking organisations from across the UK.

The SHE Show North West returns to Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United, on Tuesday 17th November 2026. Focused on people, behaviour and culture change, the conference explores the key challenges and opportunities shaping modern organisations through six core themes:

  • Overcoming Adversity & Resilience
  • Mental Health & Wellbeing
  • Behaviour & Culture Change
  • Climate Change & Sustainability
  • Inspirational Leadership
  • Legal Advice & Industry Updates

Each year, the event attracts 200–250 delegates including Global SHE Directors, Group SHE Managers and Heads of SHE, alongside senior leaders from HR, Operations, Procurement, Compliance, Facilities, CSR and Executive Management teams.

What makes The SHE Show unique is its cross-functional and forward-thinking approach. Creating a successful SHE culture requires engagement across every department — not just safety professionals. The event is designed to inspire organisations to embed Safety, Health and Environment as a core business value rather than simply a priority.

Ahead of the main conference, delegates are invited to attend the Networking Drinks Reception and Evening Dinner, held at the iconic Hotel Football on the evening before the event. The networking evening provides the perfect opportunity to connect with peers, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and industry leaders in a relaxed and informal setting.

With inspiring keynote speakers, valuable networking opportunities and thought-provoking discussion, The SHE Show North West continues to be a must-attend annual event for organisations committed to driving positive culture change across industry.
