About The SHE Show North East

Established in 2012 alongside The SHE Show South, following the success of The SHE Show North West which launched in 2009, The SHE Show North East has become one of the UK’s leading annual conferences dedicated to Safety, Health, Environment and culture change.
Bringing together industry leaders, innovators and forward-thinking organisations, the event provides a platform for collaboration, inspiration and meaningful discussion across multiple sectors.
The SHE Show North East returns to the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead on Tuesday 24th March 2026. Focused on people, behaviour and culture change, the conference explores the key challenges and opportunities shaping modern workplaces through six core themes:
- Overcoming Adversity & Resilience
- Mental Health & Wellbeing
- Behaviour & Culture Change
- Climate Change & Sustainability
- Inspirational Leadership
- Legal Advice & Industry Updates
Each event attracts 200–250 delegates, including Global SHE Directors, Group SHE Managers and Heads of SHE, alongside senior professionals from HR, Operations, Procurement, Facilities, Compliance, CSR and Executive Leadership teams.
What makes The SHE Show unique is its forward-thinking and cross-functional approach. Creating a positive SHE culture requires engagement across every department — not just safety professionals. The event is designed to challenge conventional thinking, encourage collaboration and inspire organisations to embed Safety, Health and Environment as a core business value rather than simply a priority.
Ahead of the main conference, delegates are invited to attend the Networking Drinks Reception and Evening Dinner on the evening before the event at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead. The networking evening provides the perfect opportunity to connect with peers, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and industry leaders in a relaxed and informal setting.
With inspiring keynote speakers, exceptional networking opportunities and thought-provoking discussion, The SHE Show North East continues to be a must-attend annual event for organisations committed to driving positive culture change across industry.
