About The SHE Show
Established in 2009 with the launch of The SHE Show North West, The SHE Show has grown into one of the UK’s leading annual conference series dedicated to Safety, Health, Environment and culture change. Following the success of the North West event, The SHE Show North East and The SHE Show South were introduced in 2012, creating a nationwide platform that brings together industry leaders, innovators and forward-thinking organisations from across the UK.
Today, The SHE Show hosts three major annual events:
- The SHE Show South – DoubleTree by Hilton, MK Dons Stadium
- The SHE Show North West – Old Trafford, The Home of Manchester United
- The SHE Show North East – Hilton Newcastle Gateshead
Each conference is centred around people, behaviour and culture change, focusing on six core themes:
- Overcoming Adversity & Resilience
- Mental Health & Wellbeing
- Behaviour & Culture Change
- Climate Change & Sustainability
- Inspirational Leadership
- Legal Advice & Industry Updates
The SHE Show attracts 200–250 delegates at each event, including Global SHE Directors, Group SHE Managers and Heads of SHE, alongside senior professionals from HR, Operations, Procurement, Facilities, Compliance, CSR and Executive Leadership teams.
What makes The SHE Show unique is its forward-thinking and cross-functional approach. Creating a successful SHE culture requires engagement across every level of an organisation — not just safety professionals.
