Award Categories

This award recognises organisations that have demonstrated outstanding collaboration with contractors, suppliers, partners or clients to improve Safety, Health, Environmental or wellbeing outcomes across the supply chain.

Judges will be looking for examples of how organisations have worked beyond their own boundaries to create meaningful change, share best practice, improve standards, strengthen relationships and deliver measurable improvements. Entries may include initiatives focused on supplier engagement, contractor management, joint safety programmes, competence development, innovation, risk reduction or collaborative improvement projects.

Successful applications will demonstrate how partnership working has delivered lasting value and positively influenced organisational culture and performance throughout the supply chain.

This award celebrates organisations that have successfully transformed workplace culture by influencing behaviours, attitudes and engagement across their workforce.

Judges are seeking examples of initiatives that have inspired people to take ownership of safety, health, wellbeing or environmental performance through leadership, communication, workforce involvement and behavioural change programmes. Entries may include culture transformation projects, employee engagement campaigns, leadership development initiatives, wellbeing programmes or innovative approaches to creating positive workplace behaviours.

Applications should demonstrate how the initiative has improved engagement, strengthened culture and delivered measurable outcomes that support long-term organisational success.

This award recognises organisations that have embedded Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles into their operations and demonstrated a positive impact on people, communities and the environment.

Judges will be looking for organisations that have gone beyond compliance to deliver meaningful sustainability outcomes, whether through environmental initiatives, social value programmes, community engagement, diversity and inclusion strategies, carbon reduction projects, responsible governance practices or workforce wellbeing programmes.

Entries should clearly demonstrate how ESG objectives have been translated into action, the impact achieved and how the initiative has inspired positive change both within the organisation and across its wider stakeholder community.
