The SHE Show is proud to announce the launch of the inaugural Inspiring Change Awards 2026, a brand-new awards programme recognising organisations driving positive workplace transformation across Safety, Health & Environment.

Presented live during The SHE Show North West at Old Trafford, the Home of Manchester United, on 17th November 2026, the awards have been created to celebrate organisations leading the way through collaboration, workforce engagement, behavioural transformation, ESG leadership and supply chain partnership.

Since launching in 2009, The SHE Show has continued to evolve into one of the UK’s most respected events of its kind, bringing together professionals, organisations and industry leaders committed to improving workplace culture and performance across the SHE profession.

As industry conversations increasingly focus on leadership, engagement, wellbeing, collaboration and organisational culture, the Inspiring Change Awards aim to recognise organisations genuinely making a difference — not simply through compliance, but through people, partnerships and positive action.

Founding Categories

The inaugural awards programme will feature three founding categories:

SHE Supply Chain Impact Award

Recognising organisations demonstrating outstanding collaboration and positive influence across supply chain partnerships.

Behaviour & Culture Change Award

Celebrating organisations successfully driving meaningful behavioural and cultural transformation.

ESG & Sustainability Impact Award

Recognising organisations embedding sustainability, ESG leadership and responsible business practices into workplace culture and operations.

Organisations are welcome to enter more than one category where relevant.

No Charge to Enter During the Founding Year

To encourage participation, industry learning and the sharing of best practice, there will be no charge to enter the 2026 awards programme.

The SHE Show hopes the founding year becomes a platform for showcasing changemakers, sharing ideas and inspiring positive change across the wider Safety, Health & Environment community.
