Their return continues a longstanding partnership with The SHE Show. Our 2025 announcement marked their eighth consecutive year as an Official Event Partner, reflecting sustained support for an event dedicated to People, Behaviour and Culture Change. Read the previous announcement.

Shirley Parsons provides Health and Safety, Sustainability and ESG expertise to organisations around the world, with offices across the UK, Europe, North America and Asia. Established as a specialist executive search and recruitment business, the company has expanded its offering to include HSEQ consultancy and talent consulting.

Through these services, Shirley Parsons helps organisations review, benchmark, develop and engage their teams, supporting the people responsible for improving workplace safety and sustainability. Read the event partner profile.

That emphasis on people makes Shirley Parsons a fitting partner for The SHE Show. Building a positive workplace culture requires capable teams, effective leadership and an environment where people feel confident contributing their knowledge and experience. Developing those capabilities helps organisations put their ambitions into practice.

The SHE Show North West gives delegates time to explore these challenges alongside professionals from different sectors. Through presentations, discussion and networking, attendees can consider how leadership, wellbeing, behaviour and sustainability influence everyday decisions within their organisations.

For those responsible for SHE performance, the event also provides an opportunity to step back from immediate demands, hear different perspectives and reflect on how they support and develop their teams.

We would like to thank Shirley Parsons for their continued commitment as an Official Event Partner. We look forward to welcoming the team to Old Trafford for another day of shared learning, conversation and inspiration.
